Muffin Break Halls Head — Restaurant in Western Australia

This morning I visited this store for the first time. It was busy but the service flowed nicely. I just ordered 3 take away coffees which I received within 10mins of ordering. Given the amount of customers I thought this was fair. There was a cashier who didn’t have time to do anything but serve, another staff member went along the queue asking if anybody was ordering food to reduce any wait time and a barister who was “head down, bum up” madly making coffee. As I said, I only ordered coffee and usually I have sugar in mine. I didn’t add it today because I sort of have a motto that you can always tell a good coffee when it doesn’t need sugar and my gosh, today I didn’t!! The coffee was perfect, no sugar added! I just have to say that this barister is brilliant. To be under the pump like she was and still brew an amazing coffee without error is admirable. Unfortunately not great. We waited while 3 people behind the counter "gabbled like geese" before they did our coffee order. We had our muffin before our coffee and had an appointment across the road. My partner said "their taking their time" and I had full eye witness to halfway through their chat!! They "decided", to make our coffees, though we thought we had plenty of time. My partner went up to the counter, asked for it to be takeaway. The lady was annoyed at his request, the bloke gave him a dark look, as if we were interfering in their gabbing!! Came to muffin break today. Was very disappointed. You wernt busy and there were dirty tables everywhere. The waitress wasn't interested in being there. She walked past dirty tables. We sat at a dirty table until i moved it to another table. She would slowey walk past dirty tables to go back to the kitchen .never wiped the tables either.
