Not great. Today I ordered a coffee for the first time here and I’ll never do that again. It was so hot I couldn’t touch my take away cup and it was not drinkable for 15 mins - in which it still managed to burn my throat being too hot. I used to make coffees, I drink coffee everyday and I am telling you now, it was not acceptable to be handing anyone. To top it off, our in dining experience was too challenging with a waitress that couldn’t speak English and completely misinterpreted my question. I asked her if someone could please unscrew the bottom of the feet on table because it was wobbling all over the place and she left and asked when the food was going to be ready, sending out the manager to explain to us the time it was taking to make our food… what? We weren’t worried about the food at all - we had only just ordered it! I’m all for diversity but I should be able to ask a simple question in a restaurant. The avo smash was good - although the added holloumi was tiny and a rip off price wise. Won’t be going back - much better...
Read moreI visited with a friend and my newborn baby and ordered a ham, cheese and tomatoe flatbread. When it arrived it had mayonnaise on (this was not listed on the fridge display). As I really dislike mayo I spoke with the worker on the counter who asked me if I was allergic to which I answered no. Because I was not allergic I was told I could not change my order or have a refund. There was no apology on their behalf - I was told “you should have double checked”. Nowhere was is advertised it had sauce on. As I had already started feeding my baby and had a drink I stayed. I skipped b’fast that morning as I had planned lunch with a friend however it turned out I had to skip lunch too having been charged for something I...
Read moreHuge fan of Jamaica Blue, but today was a huge disappointment. I have been craving a Chicken Burger, so we decided to head to Jamaica Blue, and when it came, it was extremely disappointing. The Ultimate Chicken was ultimately a frozen chicken patty, my husbands opinion to the patty was it was equal to the McChicken from Maccas. Which is perfect to describe the texture, taste and quality of the burger. For $25, I'd expect atleast a quality burger (Look, I'm not expecting a gourmet burger from a coffee shop, but price needs to match quality) I watched as my burger was heated up in a microwave, so I am honestly quite disappointed to...
