Have never made a review because bad reviews could potentially ruin a business but from the get go the staff were extremely unfriendly and furthermore, despite being the only group in the restaurant, our food took 40 mins. Another group came in after us and received and finished their entire meal before ours even arrived. Asked politely how long the meal would take and no response was given. Additionally, price tags of the plates were not peeled off resulting in a mixture of paper and food in our dishes. Brought some friends who were visiting from across the country and was extremely upset to have made them eat and receive this sort of treatment.

We were really disappointed with all our dishes. We ordered Soya cheap and Manchurian as starter and both were taste less. Soya chap was not even cook properly. For main course we just felt they make us fool. We ordered Vegetable korma and Paneer jalfrezi but sadly they gave us both in same gravy which was not either each dish. When we said about this they said we make korma spicy. From photos you can see it's totally wrong and same dishes. In end they said restaurant was not busy earlier so they send 1 chef home so service is slow. We felt just random guy make dish and serve us. Really disappointed.

We visited this place last Sunday night for my birthday party and could not resist myself from sharing my wonderful experience with the restaurant ambience, customer service and food quality. Everything was spot on and the staff was so humble and mindful of what you order. We would definitely recommend this place for celebrating your special occasions and looking forward for going there again. I would like to say special thanks to Amandeep, Sukhdeep, Sharan and Anmol for serving us with a lovely smile. Hats off to you guys to manage everything so well, your owner must be proud.

A Disheartening Dining Experience at Jugnu Cafe & Restaurant, I had anticipated a pleasant evening when I decided to dine at Jugnu Cafe & Restaurant with family and friends. However, the overall experience was deeply disappointing due to the severe lack of customer service and operational inefficiencies.

From the outset, the service was virtually nonexistent. We had to retrieve our own menus, place our orders at the counter, and repeatedly follow up on missing items. The sequence of service was haphazard—appetizers arrived before beverages, and when the drinks were finally served, several were missing. Despite multiple inquiries, no staff member proactively checked in to ensure we had everything we ordered.

Unfortunately, the disorganization continued throughout the meal. Our naan was served long before the accompanying curries, and a portion of the bread never arrived. When we expressed concerns to the staff about missing dishes and drinks, we were met with vague assurances that they were "on their way," yet they never materialized.

The knowledge and professionalism of the service team were equally troubling. The staff appeared unfamiliar with the items they were bringing to the table, and while they frequently apologized, their dismissive demeanor suggested a lack of genuine concern. In an especially frustrating instance, when asked about missing beverages, we were casually informed—after an extended wait—that the restaurant simply did not have them. This was never communicated at the time of ordering, which raises serious questions about transparency and integrity.

Upon settling the bill, we were astonished to find charges exceeding $600, inclusive of items that had never been served. Despite paying in full to uphold fairness toward the business owner, the experience made it abundantly clear that substandard service will inevitably impact customer retention.

I generally refrain from immediate reviews, but after multiple visits yielding similarly poor service, I feel compelled to share this feedback. Dining is not merely about food—it is about hospitality, efficiency, and the ability to create a welcoming environment where guests can genuinely enjoy their time.

Furthermore, I noticed a concerning pattern in the restaurant’s review section. Each time a customer posts negative feedback, a sudden influx of positive reviews follows, which raises questions about the authenticity of such ratings. Rather than focusing on superficial reputation management, the establishment would be better served by addressing recurring service gaps and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Indian cuisine holds immense appeal, and many diners actively seek restaurants that provide authentic flavors and an immersive cultural experience. I genuinely hope the management views this critique as an opportunity for improvement, ensuring that future guests receive the level of service...

A Hidden Gem I Keep Coming Back To!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for almost a year now, and every single visit still feels like the first—exciting, flavorful, and genuinely satisfying. The food is nothing short of delicious—authentic, rich in flavor, and clearly made with love. Whether you’re trying their signature dishes or exploring something new, the quality and taste remain consistently top-notch.

What I really admire is how the atmosphere perfectly matches the theme of the cuisine. From the music to the decor, it feels like a little escape to another part of the world—genuine, warm, and inviting. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into creating an experience, not just a meal.

The staff here deserve special mention. They’re friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends, the service is always on point—professional but personal, which makes all the difference.

The place itself is spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy yet lively vibe. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to stay just a little longer, order another drink, and soak in the atmosphere.

If you’re looking for authentic food, excellent service, and a truly friendly environment, I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s been my go-to for almost a year now—and for...

Very disappointed I had high hopes when I took my family to Jugnu Cafe & Restaurant for a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. We had to grab our own menus and place our orders at the front counter, with no assistance from staff. The starters arrived before our drinks, which were not only delayed but also incomplete. Despite multiple reminders, we were still waiting on our initial drink order long after finishing our entrees.

When our main meals finally arrived, the naan was served far too early, and the rest never arrived. No one checked on us to ensure we had received everything, and even after informing the staff multiple times about missing food and drinks, all we got were empty reassurances that they were "coming"—but they never did.

To make matters worse, the staff seemed confused about the dishes they were serving, and their apologies felt insincere as they smiled behind our backs. When we asked about our missing drinks, we were suddenly told they didn’t have them—hours after we had placed the order! Instead of informing us upfront, they kept us waiting...
