I really like this place. I’ve only eaten the Bunny Chow and it’s fantastic. Mild lamb curry in a hollowed out loaf of bread. The coffee is nice and the service great. You can tell the South African bloke behind the counter loves what he does and has pride in running a nice cafe.

My only issue, and it’s certainly no fault of the owners, is that the 4G speed in that location is positively shocking. If you are coming here to do some work and intending to use your phone as a hotspot you might want to rethink that plan as I could not even fetch emails it was that slow.

Could not see any signs mentioning wifi available...

This is a hidden gem! Blink and you'll miss it driving along Wanneroo Road in Wanneroo. I was able to book a table for 8 on a Saturday for lunch which a lot of cafes won't do. It is a South African cafe as the name suggests and the menu reflects that. Most of us chose a different meal and all said they were delicious. Two of us asked for the breakfast omelette which was only available until 11am but they very kindly said we could have it for lunch so thank you very much for that. Our assorted drinks were all delicious and the coffee nice and hot. Give it a go, you won't be...

We recently visited this cafe and while the wait time, food, and overall atmosphere were decent, our experience was unfortunately soured by poor customer service. One staff member appeared visibly upset for reasons unknown, and her attitude was quite off-putting. While we were waiting for our juice, she seemed irritated, and when she finally brought the bottle to our table, she placed it down quite harshly without a word. It felt unwelcoming and disappointing. A little kindness would have gone a long way in improving...

It's like a South African experience to visit this cafe. The Afrikaner owner has been in Perth for 7 years and still has his strong accent. He is very friendly and welcoming and takes particular pleasure in explaining his chilli sauces made in the Kitchen and available for sale. They are delicious. There is a variety of South African grocery items for sale including 5 Roses tea. Great menu selections. A variety of biltong. We were treated to some cooked sisters to sample the chilli sauces. Thoroughly recommend this cafe.

We go here for our men's breakfast once a month, and the service and food are always amazing. If you ever want to feed a bunch of hungry men, this is definitely the best place to go. The atmosphere is chilled with all interesting trinkets and pictures on the walls with a laidback rustic vibe, which is very cool 😎. I had the Vetkoek, which is a deep fried bread that is usually filled with curry, cheese or jam, but I had the bacon, egg, and onion relish filling, and it was amazing and delicious 🤩🤩😋😋 5 stars

First time visiting on high recommendation from our friend. We came here with our young son and were greeted by friendly smiles and warmth. They were very accommodating for us with highchairs available and a lovely kids menu to choose from. They even brought out a large stuffed Pooh Bear for our son 🥰 Our meals were all delicious and you could tell they were homemade and prepared with care. Very much enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you
