Updated review after below response. We informed uber of the missing items but were refused refund. This is because you have not agreed with the complaint and refund, as told to us by Uber. We could count the number of pieces in the honey chicken on my hand and the delivery driver only took 5 minutes from store to deliver to me. So no, please don't blame the drivers for your stores decisions and failures. We see from your response that these issues will continue. You lost a long time customer unfortunately.

Weve ordered here regularly for years. We've been disappointed recently with the change in the size of the dishes. The smaller portions are no longer worth the prices paid. We have also had ordered prawn crackers missing from our order at over $5 a bag on a few occasions. On the last order it was missing from, we asked for a refund which they refused stating they didn't miss it from the order. I think we'll start looking for a new regular Chinese...

Ordered a takeaway, order took longer than the app pick up time which was no biggie. Food was very salty, and also strong pepper flavour but not much else. Chicken fried rice didn’t have any visible chicken? Also chopped olives in the fried rice was overpowering. Ordered a beef in black bean dish but it looks like it had chicken?? Chicken satay sticks were good though.

We want to support local restaurants but there is no way I could recommend this one. $90 for two meals that no one could eat. Based on our experience we are left wondering how this place has so many positive reviews? Just not good enough…

UPDATE, interesting response from the restaurant owners, accusing me of lying is one way of diminishing my feedback I suppose… P.s I can’t remember at this point if it was 2 or 3 serves of fried rice. Regardless of that point, $90 is still exorbitant for one meat dish and 3 serves of rice with minimal meat...

Ordered home delivery , was told 40 minutes . An hour and a half no delivery still. It took close to one hour and 45 minutes ! Had to ring twice to see what the delay was. Was told short on staff. Yes these things happen but when it comes to hot food this isn't acceptable. The fish which is normally encased in a crispy batter was now soggy ! All the dishes were luke warm meaning they had been sitting all that time on a bench likely awaiting delivery. Eventually they had it Ubered out. Considering I paid $62.00 for my food , I was pretty irate to say the least. Special friend rice lacking any decent amount of vegetables, no spring onion in it at all.
