Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Western Australia

This is a late review as I read other reviews about the quality of the donuts and wanted to add to it. We purchased some original glazed for my niece’s bday last October and it tasted sour and stale. I phoned to give feedback and the assistant told me that the donuts were not made on the premises and was delivered from their head store? If it’s not made on the premises then maybe some of them could be not fresh hence the stale taste. She said she would make a record of it and ask the manager to call me back sometime. I never received a call. The service from Krispy Kreme is quite appalling. Oh when they have promotions on they’re always “sold out “ really early so don’t bother unless you go within hours of them opening. They don’t answer the phone either when they have a promo on. Shop was 'too busy' to be professional and answer the phones. Ordered online waited over an hour past the ETA. Rang menulog several times to find out what the go was. They were very helpful and did everything right on their end. They did the shops job for them. They advised me to cancel my order because they honestly didn't have any idea what else to do. They even left the courier outside the shop for over half an hour for a delivery they had no intention of acknowledging. How rude! It's raining too! I love my coffee - I spend a lot of money on coffee and purchase multiple cups each week across many stores across the metro area - just purchased 2 latte from Krispy myaree and hands down the worst coffee I have ever had - not sure if it was burnt, or their machine needed a clean or really bad water but two sips and two coffees down the drain - 1 star given as the donuts saved them (love their donuts but the coffee was just so so bad) - vomit.
