Subway — Restaurant in Western Australia

Poor customer service by the two young girls working at 3:30pm on Sunday 22 Jan 2023. I left the store annoyed. Management please reprimand these girls.

They were very distracted chatting with their friends who were dining in the store at the time — laughing and talking while my sandwich was being made. Had to repeat parts of my order several times because she was so distracted. I had to wait for her to finish her conversation before we could proceed with the sandwich-making.

The ingredients were poorly stocked — she had to go to the fridge 3 times during my order to refill items (salami, red onion, olives). The sandwich prep bench was quite messy.

This was a 2 star experience at best (the sandwich turned out great), but I’ve given 4 stars because this subway is...

2 girls working, double charged me for a 6” sub ! When asked the girl about the price she was charging me she wasn’t sure so asked the other girl and other one was like yeah yeah thats the price! they were busy and i had to get back to work so i left and called them again a bit later that day that surely a 6” chicken sub nothing extra and a small bottle of coke doesn’t add up to $25 - she took my number to get back to me its been 3 weeks - piss poor effort from subway employing these teenagers that can’t count past 10 let alone letting them run the store with 0 customer service skills - wont be back...

Usually a decent subway, but the 2 girls working on Sun, 22/01/23, 3:30pm, were very unprofessional. Order took much longer than it should have because they had not re-stocked the salads, were going back and forth from the fridge for ingredients, and just way too busy chatting with their acquaintances who were in the shop at the time. We were forced to wait for their conversation to end before we were served. Hygiene wise they were handling all sorts of things with the same gloves used to make our sandwiches. The benches had obviously not been wiped down....
