Little Nolla Cafe — Restaurant in Western Australia

Have been here many times as we are locals. Ever since the day they opened, there are more than a handful of times they stuffed up our orders . We were quiet about these and keep coming back as we want to support small business,we always thought a little support goes a long way rather than whinging and being bitter. However, after this morning ,we won't come back again,ever.

We ordered 2 coffee and 2 items from the fridge to be toasted up. Got called when the order was ready,but they missed 1 food item, we were told to wait. Our name got called again,they gave us a wrong item. We explained that it's not what we ordered, the staff looked at the docket and told us we had to pay for it first. Realising the staff had misread the docket(we saw the docket,it's the first item on the list),we insisted they read it again (3 freaking time, by 2 different people) then still being told we have to pay for it. Once they eventually realised their mistake ( misread),they ordered the other staff to heat up our meant to be right item.

The whole incident, we found the coordinator staff was very rude,none of the basic apologies was said , even at the moment they realised they cocked up from their end.

Rather than waiting for it this time around,we demanded refund for the missing item and left.

No, we won't be back. Coffee quality? Good but you can get somewhere else Food quality? Was good at the start but had gone down hill ,deep Customer service? Sorry can't tolerate rude and...

Hit and miss experience.

Service is good, from what I've witnessed they seem to remember all the regular customers.

My brother and I always come here for coffees.

If it’s the male barista making coffee or the Argentinian lady they will always offer cookie with your takeaway coffee.

The other lady is selective with whom she wish to give cookies out to.

I had her make my coffee the last couple of times and she never once been offered me a cookie but I observed her offering everyone else a cookie.

I think if you’re going to ask every other person “would you like a cookie” then why am I being singled out?

Just thought I’d leave a review so the manager understands how some customers may feel left out when the offering is inconsistant.

Either give the cookies out to everyone, or don't offer it at all.

At the end of the day it’s just a cookie, I couldn’t care less if I got it or not. It's the inconsistant service that I receive when I go into your cafe and the feeling of not being welcomed because I have been deliberately ignored.

Whether my brother wants to come to your cafe again that’s his decision but I will definitely not be...

I've lived in the area for almost two years and hadn't found a place for decent coffee close by until Little Nolla Cafe opened earlier this year. I look forward to my daily visit there, not only is the coffee amazing, but the staff are always warm and welcoming and always up for a chat! They go that extra mile - outside are hooks to attach a dog's lead to and a huge bowl of water - makes it so much easier after walking my dog in the park to stop in and grab a coffee and not have to worry! And the little biscuit that comes with the coffee is worth a mention too, that added extra for us that have a bit of a sweet tooth :) There is also a great selection of food there whether you're looking for breakfast, lunch or a snack.
