McDonald's Dalyellup — Restaurant in Western Australia

Will never go there again … Sooo many times they messed up with my orders( tried to understand as it is teenagers working there ) but tonight it was the worse day, I ordered a value meal at the drive , the screen was show a price the lady on the register mentioned the same price but when I come to pay she told me another price … so I let her know it happened last week aswell and the guy gave me the price was on the big screen … she called her manager to rectify but she was not really nice, had a bad attitude, acting like I was lying … so I suggested her to come with me to see at the screen, I showed her the price , she get pissed and run away because I told her you see you thought I was lying… then I could see a car behind me so I went to the register but ALL the employees run away, at the second window aswell I could see them hiding …. All this in front my kids I never felt so humiliated… so another manager came I mentioned that was so bad to all of them … he lying to me , told me they are just busy “Like i am an idiot… i could see clearly they were all hiding… I told him I will parked my car and would like to talk to someone…the previous manager came , she apologised and admitted she was wrong, wanted to offer me my meal for free I refused because i felt discriminated and humiliated in front my kids … I went home cried … I will never go back to...

I'm not mad just disappointed. It's 12 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon with no cars in the drive-through. So I get to the speaker box and the guy asks for my order, 1 large quarter pounder meal please, to which he replies a double quater pounder? At this point I should have known that I was going to be let down, but I continue with my order, I pay for my order look at the receipt and to my surprise it was correct. I get my food, park the car, look in the bag and under the chips I find that my burger was crushed by the box. That's right, someone was unable to put the whole burger inside the box before they closed it and a good portion of the bun was hanging out. Now I'm not saying you don't have a hard job, but if you care so little about it that you close the box with my burger hanging out, look at it and think that's a job well done, I hate to break it to you but maybe fry cook ain't the job for you. I don't know who hurt you or why, but if you could find some other way to let out your anger that's not on my food, that would be great. Now don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see that you are working, have a job and not on the dole, but next time you mangle some poor defenceless burger remember you get paid to do a job so...

Terrible service, went through the drive through to get a large meal. we sat at the intercom for a good five minutes before got served, then waited another 5 before we could pay and get drinks. The employees were All teenagers that have no clue on customer service and we’re bickering and yelling at each other the entire time while the window was open. It took about 15 minutes for our food to come out and the employee who gave us our food practically threw it in the car and didn’t say a word. How is this allowed. We were the only ones here in the drive through and inside was completely dead.

When we returned home to eat the burgers were tough and had no sauce on them. DO...
