Nando's Beechboro — Restaurant in Western Australia

Went in for take away and ordered double bacon and cheese burger with chips. Got home and after one bite realised I had a chicken cheese and lettuce burger. Drove 10mins to take it back. After speaking with the nice young guy at the front, I am assuming it was the manager who came to speak with me. I explained there was no bacon or tomato only chicken cheese and lettuce, after she basically told me that I was lying as she made the burger herself she said she would make me another. After a minute of being in total shock, I told the young guy not worry about it and left. A very humiliating experience for someone who very rarely will take food back if it’s in correct. I understand it gets busy and people make mistakes, I was not angry and actually apologise from bringing it back. So I paid for a burger I didn’t get. Will definitely not be returning...

I love Nandos - but I have ordered the power up bowl twice in the last couple of months from Nandos Beechboro, and they keep leaving out the roasted capsicums and mixed seed sprinkle (which is the main reason I love the dish in the first place)! And today I had ordered a quarter chicken & as I tipped it out of the box onto my plate.. out fell a used (sucked dry) chicken bone!! That was definitely not a part of the piece of chicken I ordered!! I called the restaurant and explained the whole situation, after which the boy that answered just said “umm do you want to speak to the manager or something”… I just said no that’s ok - I’ll get my money back...

I had a take away burger from there, when they first opened. It had a 2-3mm spot of MOULD on the bun, so I had to throw it out. I went back to the store a week later, only to be told the buns are fresh frozen & thawed on the day so could not of had mould, with no refund or appology offered. I had no opportunity to take it back on the day & they only just opened the new store so I let it be. Visit # 2 last week (10 nov 2020) . I got another Burger to eat while waiting for the bus , guess what I opened it up and MORE MOULD. I had only 5 minutes untill my bus arrived and had no chance to return it.
