Noodle Box Duncraig — Restaurant in Western Australia

I was having a stressful evening so I placed an order on the Concept Ate APP to order from Noodle Box Duncraig. My daughter asked for Salt and Pepper Tofu to be added to the order just as the original order was being made. They gave me the bag. I left to pick up my son from work in Kingsley then went home to start eating. The Salt & Pepper Tofu wasn't in the order. They don't answer their phone. Just the answering machine comes on. I had to drive back, while my family could start eating, to let them know about the missing Tofu. OMG! After showing the receipt they asked me to drive back home to bring the whole order in. I told them I'm not doing that as it had already been 25 minutes since I left them with the order. It's like they didn't believe me. I said "why would I drive back if my order was correct?" They finally decided to make the Tofu. I felt more stressed than before. The best they could do was offer a packet of prawn crackers to make up for their error. My daughter took a bite of the so called Tofu. It did not look or taste like salt & pepper Tofu so she only had 1 piece. I took a photo and I'll be back to complain. REVOLTING SERVICE! We are currently supporting disabled members of our community who are in isolation by arranging meals, collection of groceries and accessing services. We have had 2 clients now who were denied the use of a $5 coupon they had as they saw our staff member had been to their business before. And they deliberately ignored allergen information on our clients order so she is now out of pocket and without a meal while affected by Covid. Staff were rude to our staff member who was only there to deliver a meal. Save your money and go to Pizza & Coal instead!

UPDATE - Our lovely support worker just finished a 10 hour day and popped in to grab her dinner only to get abused by the staff for our review!!!

Did a takeaway twice in 2 days. Very satisfied. My first trip there saw me taking away the Indonesian fried rice after speaking to the chef. I was going for the regular fried rice, but I wanted something with a bit of spice. The recommendation hit the spot. On my second visit, I took away the stir-fried noodles. It was also delicious. The food is made fast and furious over a high pressure wok. The flame is amazing, and that gives it an authentic char flavour to the food.
