The service from this place is the worst I’ve ever experienced, They do not know the first thing about politeness or customer service . Should have known better going back there but was willing to give the place a fair go, we all have off bad days at work . Entered the shop , and not even a hello just a yes! Ordered a sausage roll and took a bite in the car and it was this soft brown paste like substance . Not sure if it wasn’t cooked or just not even meat at all , it was cold ish with raw bits of onion . Nearly threw up when taking a closer look knowing I’d just eaten a mouth full. Went back in and greeted with another yes! Handed it back and said this is revolting and I don’t think it’s cooked . If it was cooked he most definitely wasn’t sausage meat or any kind of meat . Do ya self a favour , save yourself your health , ya wallet from there crazy over priced crap and terrible customer service and get yourself a Bunnings hot dog where your money goes to something worthy of your money and you get polite service from primary school kids . Can’t believe they are still in business , I understand the odd raw sausage roll slipping through but the consistent very very poor customer service...

Edited: I visited this place again and faced the same rude and condescending attitude from the elderly lady and below average banh mi. Never again. I do not recommend getting a Bahn Mi at this place. First, it took ages to be prepared. A younger lady was serving other customers and preparing a bahn mi for me in between the customers while an older lady was just standing there not involved in the working process. Second, the lady was preparing a bahn mi then she got interrupted by a customer, stopped the preparation and went to serve someone else then went back to the bahn mi then, again, served someone else then back to bahn mi... wearing the same pair of gloves ALL this time. Definitely not hygienic! Third, the bahn mi was very disappointing. The only thing that was great was the bread roll itself - fresh and crusty. The rest of the ingredients were below average. I ordered mine with chili. The chili was there as one big chopped off piece, not thinly sliced. Not sliced at all. Carrots were wilted and dried off/discoloured at ends. There wasn't much filling...

OK, I get the bad reviews, but some people need to leave their "Princess" attitude at the door. This is a store run on the old corner shop attitude. The two ladies live and breath this shop at least 12hrs a day, seven days a week. They have a work attitude foreign to most people today. They offer generally great food, at reasonable prices. They do not offer freindship. They don't like time wasters - they can't afford to waste any! They rely on the customer in someways to do what we've come to expect, eg: out of date drinks. Take responsibility yourself. They are always under pressure and obviously make mistakes sometimes - they are human.
