Pastacup — Restaurant in Western Australia

29/12/2021 I went to Pastacup at Melville around 6.00-6.30pm. Firstly, I haven’t play attention to the staff working without their mask on during pandemic restrictions and then I went to wait for my order in my car then I noticed two staff were talking and cooking without the mask on so I went in again and ask them politely, if they were forgetting to wear a mask? The lady answered me, they were hot so they didn’t want to wear a mask. I was so shock with the answer. As they should be more responsible for our community during Covid-19 outbreak!!! And in the hot day not only them felt hot but everybody hot!!! we all follow the rule and they should realise they not obey government restrictions. After conversation to the lady (staff) she was putting her mask on but the man who were cooking at that time still not take any action even he heard all conversation but avoided to put a mask on!!!!!

What will happen if somebody get infected from your store because of them breaking the rule and selfishness. I think your company must inform and train your staff to be more responsible than what they are doing! This is not a joke to play with risking of your customer and also themselves. Hot is not an excuse to not wearing a mask. I saw some peoples with disability and young teens can obeying the rules. I can’t see why your staff...

Never been so disappointed in a restaurant/food place before.

Pastacup use to be my all time favourite, I use to order from the Kwinana store 3 times a week, sometimes more. Their parmigiana was the best I've ever had! And the size and price of it was amazing. (Also their catchya bites and chip salt 👌🏽) (But the Catchya bites have been cut off the menu, which is so upsetting)

My chips are never cooked properly or salted and the parmigiana is the size of my hand at its biggest. (meal or no meal)

Ordered a Lasagna and Chicken Marsala tonight, with my parmigiana and it was all DISGUSTING! The Marsala was just salted water with hardly any chicken and Mushroom and the Lasagna had what looked and tasted like no meat and the cheese tasted so fake.

I keep craving the old parmigiana from you guys so I give in and risk ordering from you guys.

Never again! Not after tonight. I've wasted a few hundred in the past year and abit thinking it's just a bad night for you guys but after tonight's money waster order. I can't continue going to you guys.

Its breaks my heart. Got so many friends into pastacup and now we have all stopped ordering your food.

Maybe one day you'll get back to 6 star.

i was craving pasta tonight so i head off to pastacup around 8:30ish and when i entered the store there was 2 employees and the girl sees me and didnt greet or smile and just continues doing whatever she was doing, then the guy comes in and also sees me standing there doesnt greet and also continues doing what he was doing. i felt like i was not welcomed or wanted so asked my self why should i pay for a food that obviously doesnt value customer service and god knows when will they approach me. was too hungry to wait for them to value me so decided to go next...
