Palmyra franchisee is a royal tight arse. The chicken was picked up in the tiny plastic scoop and then the lady carefully rubbed the top of the scoop against the bowl to make sure the serve only just filled the scoop. The amount deposited in the salad was laughable. When I questioned the size I was told that the franchisee is very strict on the girls and makes them "rub off" every scoop of anything they serve, and that he checks the CCTV to make sure they do so. The resulting salad was so pitiful, and when I was asked to handover $16 for all the extras I nearly just walked out....
