I hadn't been to Red rooster since the car boot chicken incident in February but this place wasn't far off. As i walked up the windows were so filthy i thought the place had closed down. I ordered some food then had a look around and the place was an absolute mess ! The roof was covered in cobwebs, there was sauce on the walls, dead flies on the window sills, benches missing the vinyl covered in clear tape, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a week, only 14 of the 36 chairs were at the tables, Leaks from the roof. I didn't dare go to the rest rooms. The staff were friendly and the food was average but if my kitchen looked like that i wouldn't cook in it ! Its Chicken treat for me from now on.

Tonight I ordered the “Spicy” burger box which had a tiny bit of spice rubbed on the bun and was not at all spicy. Pretty disappointing considering I have had that burger from another store before and the chicken was coated in spicy sauce and it was actually pretty decent for a fast food chicken burger. Tonight was much different and a huge let down for the second time. I won’t visit this store again unfortunately.

My partner and I were the only people in the drive through around 7:30pm, they took our order straight away, which was great! But as soon as we swung around to the pay window, we waited about 3 minutes before anyone even looked at us. We had to yell through the closed window twice and wave to get someone’s attention. We wanted to pay, but no one even gave us any mind. We could see into the kitchen and saw about four guys all standing around. It seemed only one guy, about 17, was doing any of the hard work. He served us after we got someone’s attention, and we were given our food shortly after. We’re happy to be patient (we both work in customer service, so we understand), but being ignored was really...

Drive through. To the young gentleman on duty...thank YOU...👍👌...kind clear manner at entry... YOU are a exceptionally pleasant lad (about 3.05 pm).... Red Rooster should be PROUD of you. I requested chicken wings...you offered something I hadn't heard of...wrong takeaway outlet.....but offered me buttermilk chicken wings ... CONGRATULATIONS....I loved them...shame I only asked for 6 ( took the middle option)....fresh.... flavoursome...and hot...thank YOU my lunch was more than satisfactory. YOU also farewelled me with a SMILE... You ARE a real credit to the organisation. WELL done... By the way....I don't normally compliment very often.....and he is not...
