Toasted Carine — Restaurant in Western Australia

Drive past a few times and it looked good so decided to try it a few days ago. The staff were lovely and the place was clean and had a great vibe to it. Ordered a cappuccino and a honeycomb crunch milkshake, it took about 10minutes for them to come out but we didn't mind waiting as we weren't in a rush and are quite patient. The cappuccino was delicious and was very well presented but could've used a bit more of the chocolate powder sprinkle on top, but still good. But then the milkshake came out and it didn't look anything like the picture on the website and didn't taste like honeycomb at all, I think it was just a plain vanilla milkshake. Was very disappointed in it but it was still delicious, hopefully if we come back again we'll receive the correct drinks which we ordered...

Love stopping in at Toasted, staff are friendly food & drinks are great, really nice atmosphere. Only 2 minor things, Perhaps second reverse air con would be good as it's soo hot in summer and cold in winter as current air con only does behind counter and not big enough to do whole cafe. There used to be toilets for customers to use, now apparently there is not so you are told to use the toilets at Red Rooster located next door but they have a sign say for Red Rooster customers only. Not sure what happened to the...

We went there today: Coffee is good, food was good BUT the 2 teenagers going through puberty gave us the worse customer service experiance. They had an attitude and didn't want to be there or serve anyone. We asked for the cookies but rudely he said was sold out but we could see the girl at the back just took them out of the oven and rolled her eyes on us, my wife can't eat dairy and when we asked if there was a sandwich without cheese his reply was "can't you read". Who's ever business this is it being let down by this...
