Royal Taj — Restaurant in Western Australia

Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere let alone a restaurant. We waited to be seated for 10mins and no one came to seat us so we just sat down on a vacant table. Around 15mins after sitting down we finally had someone come to attend us and the our order. We ordered a variety of starters and 3 naan breads for the kids with drinks. As soon as she had finished taking the order for the starter she wanted us to order the main. We explained that we want to eat the starters first and then we will decide from there. To this she rolled her eyes and said we need to order soon otherwise they won't be able to make it for us, the time at this point was only 6.45pm. We ignored the dreadful waitress and looked forward to some good food. I have never been so disappointed with food ever before. After some time the same waitress came again as soon we had almost finished our starter to get the order for the main course. We asked if she could give us 10mins to have a look through to which she rolled her eyes and started pressuring us to order mains. We got so annoyed and felt so uncomfortable that we didn't order mains and decided to settle the bill and go to the tavern next door. When we went to settle up the owner started having a go at us and said next time we won't be allowed to come in because we only ordered starters and that we are not allowed to only eat starters, we have to eat mains tooo. At this point I told her I wouldn't ever come back after this sort of experience anyway. Don't go here, there are amazing restaurants in Perth and in Woodvale and this is definitely not worth the...

Yay! We finally found an amazing local Indian restaurant! We ordered butter chicken, palak paneer, yellow daal, and lamb rogan josh. The smell when the food came into the house was delightful, full of aroma and not at all fatty or 'junky'.

All 4 dishes were just bursting with flavour, not watered down or padded out at all. The kids loved it too, despite the food being on the spicier end of their tastes (but perfectly fine by adult standards).

We will definitely be back for more, this is a great local find and we are just stoked to have a reliable...

The Great Royal Taj… I ordered food from long time at this place which is always good, but I ordered this time and I got really so bad food and costumer service, I call them to let know the food is not proper cooked and not good in taste, but one of the staff member said take refund and no need to come back here for food( like seriously excuse me ☝️) ARE YOU REALLY TALK WITH CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT.
