Little Chef Lunch Bar — Restaurant in Kewdale

Used to enjoy buying here years ago under the old management but lately just walk out of there shaking my head at the attitudes of the staff. On one occasion I showed them a card that I have had an operation which asks if they could kindly cater to my needs as a result of the operation. So when ordering takeaways from the bay Marie's they ask if you would prefer rice or noodles I showed them the card and asked if I could get vegetables instead to which they hummed and harred and wouldn't allow. Then went to pay for meal and because I didn't take the rice or noodles charged me an extra $2. 50 just shocking there's no way you walked out of there frustrated under the old management staff are so rude across here right across the board. I highly recommend Little Chef lunch bar.

The food is always great here , no matter what day you come. They serve varieties of menu, from Asian to western. My favourites are mie goreng, crispy pork banh mie and grilled pork noodle salad.

Pumpkin Salad is a special order for my team which everyone loves it.

The way they serve is super fast. They are very friendly and generous too. Please make sure you get served by the lady boss. She is a super star! She trains her team amazingly, they're always busy serving and make sure you get your order in no time

Food quality is top notch too. Because of the generous portion, I always have a left over and the taste is still good the next day.

Sadly this Lunch Bar is still Perths No 1 breeding ground for bacterial nasties as it was only a few years ago when the Health Dept stepped in due to reports of poor quality food. After re visiting recently I was abhorred to find it just as filthy as before. It's not a market place, we have standards don't we? I strongly suggest NOT to eat there and maybe the Heath Dept should stop these people from operating. Enough is enough. The owners should talk to their staff with some respect too. The counter girls were lovely. It was a very disappointing...
