I am extremely disappointed with the service at your establishment, and I simply cannot tolerate the poor service and chaotic management of your store. First and foremost, I would like to address the two young servers who seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They completely lacked an understanding of the basic principles of customer service. Despite being an earlier arrival, I was completely ignored and left waiting on the side. Not only did they lack fundamental knowledge, but they also lacked basic service skills. All I wanted was to order a simple serving of fries, and yet I waited a full 10 minutes without any success. Eventually, due to my impatience, I had to go to another establishment for lunch. The store owner also appeared to be mismanaging the place. I have no idea what she was doing as she was constantly running around the store. She seemed more concerned with the cash register than with attending to the needs of the customers. Despite there being three employees in the store, they all completely disregarded the customers in front of them and displayed absolutely no sense of service. The management of the store is simply a mess, and customers here do not receive the attention and treatment they should. In comparison to other restaurants, this is unquestionably the worst experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this establishment, as you will undoubtedly regret going there. Second, while there is time to individually examine surveillance footage to address customer concerns, the primary focus should be on improving one's own service quality. Persistently attributing problems to others may perhaps be the reason for the notably low ratings of your cafe. It is rather astonishing that there is even an assumption of a personal conflict between me and the owner, which is both absurd and laughable. It seems there may be quite a number of personal grievances between other patrons and the owner. Read moreThis place used to be a good little cafe. Since the Indian men took it over it’s gone down hill. The dine in food is overpriced (most menu items have gone up by several dollars) and have become subpar quality and smaller servings, the takeaway section has almost gone down to nothing, they never have fresh chips and then when you do buy something from the warmer it’s stale and old. I used to always stop in and get either a quick dine in sandwich and chips or I would grab a schnitzel and a coffee from the takeaway section but I just don’t even bother anymore, I just walk straight past. It’s a real shame because it used to be such a great little hub for local people. The restaurant was always full in the mornings and now it’s empty ever time I walk past. Most people just go to coffee club or muffin break now, which is a real shame because those profits don’t stay local! Be interesting to see if it stays open and if it does stay open what’s the real reason? Because there’s no way they’re making any kind of profit or livable wage running this business? Why do these Indian men purchase these businesses run them into the ground but yet stay open doesn’t make any sense.

But most of your sitdown items have actually increased and the quality of the food is Third World. Read moreI thought I would try this place again after a few years ago ( which was amazing) Well, I ordered a Beach House burger which came with chips which was for my son, and I had a toasted ham, cheese and tomato sandwich. I know from my previous experience that the food is amazing. Was I mistaken. Firstly, the girl who served me was rude, her attitude was a lot to be desired. When I asked her exactly what was in the burger, she couldn't tell me and was a little angry when I asked her. So, I took my chances thinking how bad it could be. I was so disappointed with it and the toasted sandwich was messed up. When I got home my son was not happy the burger fell apart and it was disgusting and his chips to be honest tasted off as if they were cooked in old oil. My toasted sandwich had no salt and pepper on it, and it also tasted off. The only things out of my expensive order were the 2 cans of Fanta. But a footnote I did talk to the woman who was making the coffees and she told me that there are new owners. So, I thought could be teething problems.
