Zambrero Warnbro — Restaurant in Western Australia

I went in today after my bad experience of the other day and after the owner contacted me to solve the problem (thank you very much for that and listening to my complaint). So glad to say I got quick and excellent service, just as I remember it to be. Staff was quick to help and very friendly. Beritos were delicious like always. No tablets were in sight and staff gave their attention to the customers, not online orders. I was worried the other day with the bad service I got, but so happy to see that it's back to the way I know it to be. Very relieved actually, because if I don't feel like cooking where else can I run to for a better healthier choice than Zambrero"s and now I won't hesitate in going there but can say with confidence that Zambrero"s is again my nr 1 place to go to for a quick meal for the family. One happy customer, thank you very much.

Orders on line is more important than a customer that made an effort to go in, in person and wanted to order. You stand there, they don't even look in your direction while time ticks away, waited there while there was no other customer for 15 minutes plus, with no one serving me or even greeting me or like I said, they don't even make eye contact. Had to leave, because orders on the tablets are all they care about. I won't download the app and I won't order on line, your door is open so if you want to become a online sales business, close your doors or if you want to keep them open ; get a staff member that serves...

We ordered via uber eats it would have been quicker to drive there! When our food finally arrived mine was inedible and looked bad. I asked for hard tacos got soft they were were barely filled admittedly I ordered a standard taco but it had so much sauce it was sloppy by the time I got it. I rang the store the girl didn't seem particulary interested told me to bring it back. The whole reason i ordered uber ears was to avoid going out and now i had to get replacement food. When I did there was a line as the girls were working so slow and only two were serving. I eventually got seen too and shown them my food. She examined it like I was lying and never said a word about the food. Proceeded to throw together my order and give it to me. Never apologised and still not saying a word to me and seemed totally disinterested. As expected the replacement food was as bad but I was hungry. The service was absolutely terrible and the food as bad. Which is a shame as it used to be good. Regrettably I did not take a photo! The young girls in there need a lesson in customer service and learn...

worst burrito i’ve had yet the girl gave me so much attitude when i asked her to spread the beans and didn’t do it fyi and used all the yucky old food like for the meat she only got the fatty old watery bits and the lettuce was brown form being left there all day. couldn’t even eat it felt sick just thinking about the state of the food and amount of “love” and “effort” that went into it

has to come back to add things to my already bad review, since this is the closest zambreros to my house it is usually my only option but i think id rather start making the longer drive to a different one absolutely grossed out. Employee just came back from taking out the trash to the garbage bin outside doesn’t wash hands and starts touching the food and plates that’s yuck i can see the sink from where im standing which wasnt far at all this...
