Listen I love a good kabab, and was keen to have one. I ordered a meat box in the size medium. Not at any time did I say large or double meat. I was given a 4 number but if paper no one stated what my number was so I assumed it was the first two numbers. I waited about 20 minutes, which I wasn’t the issue. The issue was when they called my “number “ twice and got very sassy with me when I explained that it may be mine but I’m not sure I got a “ I’ve been calling your order for ages! What was for ages was my chips sitting in a box getting cold.

But what top it all off was when I explained I was over charged. I got a very rude response “ you asked for extra meat” when I explained I did not and just wanted what was on the sign. I was told to “calm down” which I was, then when o said I’ll just take a refund the money was thrown on the counter.

Mistakes happen and I’m okay with that but don’t be rude to me when I explain...

Usually really great, normally go in the afternoons and the service is friendly and efficient, the food is flavourful and well made. Unfortunately visited earlier with not only receiving the entirely wrong type of meal (two wrapped up kebabs instead of a kebab/chips/salad plate) and the older gentleman who was friendly enough just going "Oh okay sorry, at least you know for next time". I'm like.. cool, not only can I not share this with my family the way I'd wanted to with family who have dietary restrictions - I was super specific about not wanting jalapenos or onion... Which is in everything. Just stressful and...
