Wellard Pizza — Restaurant in Western Australia

I am very dissapointed with the service and i emailed them because they are local an I got no answer about this matter. Not even an apology. Yesterday my order did not arrive after 1 hour and 15 minutes and I called and a guy asked me to wait another 10-15 minutes and refuse to call the driver to find out where they were and may hung up the phone. I called back, a lady picked up and said my orderrnot been made because no dockets and will do it now. This was after 1 hour 15 min wait for pizza to be delivered 5 mins away from Wellard. This is not acceptable. Website clearly stated delivery within 45 mins. If they can’t then they should give customer a call or compensating for the delay. It is very bad service and disorganised and they did nothing to fix it. You can’t expect customers waiting over 1 hour and asked them to wait even longer. The pizza finally arrived 1 hour and 40 Minutes after ordering. This would be the longest pizza delivered in my experience. I wish i could give it 0. As a first time customer my whole family did not like the pizza, very disgusting, raw doughy base, tasteless yuck..the base sauce was overpowering and sickly sweet. Domino would hv been way better off buying from. Dont fool yourself people.I rang and spoke to smone under the name of nana there. She told me a lot of B.S abt their refund policy etc. Told her im not interested or even asked for a refund and Im ringing to let them know so that others doesnt face the same problem.why taking orders like like greedy just for the sake of making money but u cannot deliver quality. Wellard pizza ur name doesnt match ur forte ur specialization is making fried rice and fried...

I ordered a couple of pizzas as I often do. A Works and A Wellard, always. They mostly get it right but it doesn't matter if I end up with prawn and pineapple for some reason, it's always lovely.

I was in a car accident last week and once I was able to speak, I let Wellard Pizza know what had happened. I spent the next 3 days in hospital but when I mentioned it tonight, Wellard Pizza came to the rescue. They understood what had happened and immediately delivered a couple of pizzas to me.

No problems at all.

That's community spirit and the best pizza in WA.
