Zambrero Bunbury — Restaurant in Western Australia

I usually love Zambrero’s but unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience a day ago. I ordered through the app and arrived to collect after but they had accidentally put tomatoes all over the top which I removed but unfortunately I really dislike tomatoes so my friend had them remake it (I was going to leave it but she insisted since I wasn’t going to eat the food). When she asked them to change it they asked if I was allergic and she doesn’t know so she said yes (I am NOT allergic just sensitive) so they remade it. When I got it back I ate about 50% and realised there was a whole bunch of tomatoes again but at the bottom. What a complete waste of time and money again and again, we've been to this establishment multiple times it hope it'd get better but I've given up. Each time we've order it's been wrong, poorly made and horrible service. Went there for the final time tonight and ordered a Reg burrito and none of the toppings I wanted were in the burrito i had asked for and instead it was just a small plain burrito with rice and sauce even though i was charged for Avocado. A friend and I went into zambrero today for lunch. She asked for a gluten free wrap, which was accommodated for, however the necessary precaution for a coeliac were not followed. We were also very disappointed by the blonde girl serving us as she seems very uninterested and didn't look like she wanted to be there. She didn't look happy.
