Very disappointed with our experience here. First time coming here since the new owners and the wait for the food was RIDICULOUS. They told us after we had already ordered and paid that there would be a 35minute wait, which is ridiculous for a takeaway joint, had we known prior we wouldnt have bothered. So we waited. HOUR AND A HALF LATER we get our meal! We had to follow it up several times to ask where our food was, for them to tell us they ran out of gas so that caused the delay, will be ready in a few minutes (this was after an hour had passed), only to make us wait another 30mins! We got no compensation for it, and when we questioned that and said how ridiculous the whole situation was all they did was say sorry for the wait. Are you kidding me?! Not to mention they got our order wrong on top of that, AND the chips were terrible. Rang them to say how disappointed we were and again they offered nothing but an apology. Very very disappointed and wont ever be...

Disappointing experience today. No one else there ordering or eating -so not busy. We ordered coffee and food. Nothing too extravagant. After waiting some 30 minutes we asked if there was any chance of getting our coffee? They admitted they had forgotten. No wirries, they quickly made the coffee. It was nice. We waited a further 20 minutes (so 50 minutes all up) for what was supposed to be 2 x smashed avo with poached egg on sourdough with a side of bacon and a hash brown. Finally, out came our order -everything, including the hashie on a toastie of normal white bread. Egg was rubber (not sure it was even real?). Nit pleasant and certainly not what we expected -especially given how long it took. So, if you don’t have time to waste, or prefer to get what is indicated in the menu -then perhaps go past this place. Very...

Nice friendly staff. Depending on the cook thats working that day will depend if the chips are going to de great or disappointing. Usually only come to buy from the take away menu as anything bought in the shop you'll be selling a kidney just to afford it. 🙃

edit the fast food has gone so far south that i am not supporting their shop anymore. (Always supported local. And gave chance after chance, but something needs to be done.)

Inflated the prices SO much, and the food is inedible.. I have multiple photos of D grade chips, uncooked or overcooked, green chips, a garlic bread that was microwaved so long that the inside went completely solid, and tonight, a completely undercooked and RAW piece of fish in an inflated $20 seafood basket.

Im sorry. But this is an absolute joke. Lawsuit...
