If I could give less than one star I would. I went there yesterday and tried to order a burger and the guy with the tattoos was the most rudest person I have ever been had the displeasure of dealing with. Hands on hips shaking his head at me and speaking as if I am a child all because I asked what came on the cheese burger. If you can't handle being in customer service DONT WORK IN HOSPITALITY!!! I'm sorry to say, but If I hadn't gotten home before realising, I'd have taken my coffee back. Was scolding hot, burning my mouth, so hot in fact there was no froth on my latte, just a thick skin that continued to form, it was not drinkable. If you are charging $4 for a small coffee, then at least have some simple training in making coffee. 60 degrees max temp, steam tip just below surface of the milk. Below average. Had the most disgusting BLAT there. The Turkish bread tasted like uncooked dough so I had to remove all the contents of the sandwich (minimal as they were) and just eat them without the roll. My partner had a steak burger which both the steak and the bun were burnt and had a couple of bits of salad on it. Overpriced for what we got. First time there and will definitely be the last.
