Ariel's Dapto — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

A cafe I will never purchase from again. My order was not confirmed with me therefore an error was missed and I paid for the wrong item. I was given a refund without them notifying me it would take hours or a day to be reimbursed into my account. Then asking me to pay again for what I had asked for. Meaning they had double my money for their mistake. I stated this to staff and was met with an extremely disrespectful attitude and eye rolls. If I had paid $60 for my food that would then mean I was out of pocket $120 for the day without any warning of this. What I assume was the manager actually then walked away from me midway through me complaining about her rude staff who were smirking at me the entire time. Called in to have lunch today, 2 pots of Tea ham and Cheese Croissant and a cheese and tomato toasty. Croissant was served with a broken top hammer and cheese only covered a 1/ 3 of the croissant pots of tea x2 were very weak like dish water . When I spoke to staff she said just push it up ? I asked to speak with the manager about the croisant, when looking over the Manager was throwing a filthy look whilst staff was talking to her. When I spoke to her,I said food should not be served like that croissant, she advised there was nothing wrong with it, I said we would like a fresh one please and advised if you are the Manager you need training in manners and food presentation and we will...

Disgraceful service here, asked for a cake slice from the front of the tray and the young fellow angrily glanced at the manager and ignored my request. He then selected from the back to which I said no. The manager said he can't fulfil my request and again the server glanced rudely eye rolling toward the manager and I said I'll have my refund which was processed immediately. Never experienced such rudeness in a business till then. Disgusting! Never will return there again nor do I recommend this...
