Coastal Thai (Location at Unanderra) — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

Since new owners and new name change. Disgusting food. Since new owners ordered twice and both times very unpleasant. Ordered $75 of food online. Told 40 minute wait. Went down and staff told me to come back in 20-30 minute. Store was full of menu log drivers waiting. Poor people in the restaurant couldn't enjoy their meal with the amount of drivers standing in the middle of the restaurant. Came back 20 min later and still had to wait another 20 minutes. 2x meals and 2 entrees took 1hour20min and 2 trips. Staff unapologetic. Many people standing there for over a hour. Simple solution would be to put your customers over profit and turn menu Log off until you catch up on the orders you have already taken you your website and walk ins. Don't recommend the crab. Disgusting soggy and foul tasting. Nothing crispy salt and pepper about it. Paid $19.50 for a satay chicken didn't even get rice to eat with it. Ended up slurping...

Unfortunately, I am forced to give a poor rating. Not on food as it is always lovely. The service is and lack of attention to detail is failing. We order delivery quite often and too many times now we receive our order with missing dishes. We always give them the benefit of the doubt but it happened yet again tonight. We called and the first call there was lack of empathy, I called back quite angry, they sent the delivery driver out with a refund for the food we didn’t receive. Definitely an...

Green Curry was like soup... Money bags not anything like I've had before in a bad way! Satay chicken was okay..Rice was over cooked. Crying tiger could have been better quality. Pricing was standard, I'm not sure if it was because we got the food takeaway they didn't think they had to put in any effort.. The have offered me a free meal for the mishap with the curry..
