See how dumb your night staff is.
I went to Subway to pick up my order. It was already prepared and just needed a sticker placed on it. The staff member was literally about to do it—but as soon as a walk-in customer entered, she left my order and rushed to serve them instead.
I was left standing there for 10 full minutes, while the customer who had just walked in was served immediately. Why? Because your staff apparently can’t spare 2 seconds to finish a simple task for a customer who's already paid and waiting.
Is my money not worth anything to you?
Every human being is born with at least 5% common sense. But clearly, your night staff wasn't even blessed with that much.
And honestly, I don’t know why any owner would trust their business to this kind of staff. If you care even remotely about your brand or your customers, you need to rethink who you’re leaving in charge at night.

Had to repeat my order 3 times because the girl wasn’t listening. 2 young girls on 2/11, whole place was ready to be closed and I could tell when I walked in they were annoyed and quickly told me the toaster was off, as if hoping I would leave. I had to ask to the girl to add more lettuce as one end of the foot long had none. After she charged me she said bye and went straight out the back without giving me any cutlery for my salad bowl.
