Domino's Pizza Dapto — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

If I could give no stars I would. More than 2hours and I’m still waiting for it just to be delivered. I ordered it at 6:45pm and it said an hour maximum and I thought that was abit much but I was very mistaken. It’s now 8:50pm and still it is in the store, I’ve called multiple times (over 10) on different devices and still not a single answer. The food has been sitting in store for over an hour and is definitely going to be cold, this will be the first half of my bad review on this terrible dominos before I get the food. While I am waiting 2 hours for fast food to just get out the door, this is not a fine dining restaurant where food is great so it’s worth the wait, this is going to be cold and inconsistently spread and made as usual dapto dominos the worst pizza place of all time. I wouldn’t make this complaint if my order was bigger than the 2 of the same pizzas and three garlic breads I ordered but that’s really it, not hard to do. Worst food ever, should be free or thrown out and cancelled while a refund should also take place. they do not care about their customers or they’d pick up the phone...

I was astounded to read all your bad reviews, assuming that you would heed the negativity of your customers who had experienced bad service from Dominoes, instead of quoting your usual spiel of improving your service, etc etc. We had a bad experience tonight while looking forward to having pizzas delivered, only to be more than disappointed with the hard, stale pizzas and the wrong one delivered also. $25 is a lot of money for stale pizzas! After reading management's replies to prior complaints, we can only assume that Dominoes Dapto does indeed have bad management. It is clear to us, and indeed to "blind Freddie" that your business in Dapto won't last long if you keep providing food which probably should have been sent to the health dept. Being given the promise of a free pizza next time is simply not acceptable. I suggest Dominoes Dapto takes a good look at its business and what it provides to customers. Disgusting store- ordered a meal at 6.17pm Store claimed it was put out for delivery at 7.21pm At 7.25pm they falsely said it's delivered and are diverting phone calls to a voice message. Waited 5 minutes and 6 seconds only to be disconnected. 8.25pm Domino's still not answering their phones nor providing refund nor food!! And they're still up on the website claiming 33minute delivery 😡😡😡

All i need is to get food or refunded! Instead you wasted more than 2 HOURS of my time and disappointment and still won't tell me what's happening

**Edited to add- they delivered the meal (without explanation or apology) 2 and a half hours after it was ordered, at the exact same time as the meal i ordered half an hour ago to replace Domino's arrived

If the owner sees this please ask your store to answer the phone- waiting is okay. Doing it without any information is NOT OKAY. It would've been fine as long as i know...
