If I could give this 0 stars I would. While I understand it’s a new store there should be half decent training for staff to handle basic requests. Literally had what looked like a 8 yr old serve me the other day. The poor thing couldn’t even see over the counter and was petrified and confused.
20 min wait for a burrito wasn’t even busy.
Place was filled with staff so very confused on the 20 min wait. Once received order was cold.
Have been here over 15 times since opening with maby a third of our orders being correct. Really wanted to give it a chance as I’m a regular at Wollongong and the new location is closer to my home.
Tonight was the last straw having stone cold food and after taking two bites in to my absolute horror I bit into CHICKEN in a vegetarian burrito bowl.
How is this still happening? Why is no care taken with meals.
It’s no different than people having allergies.
You serve vegetarian meals so KEEP THEM VEGETARIAN.
I am now out $25 for a meal I haven’t been able to eat and am sick to my stomach, literally. I can not eat meat and haven’t in 17 years.
No care is taken with this place what so ever.
As the other reviews said meals just thrown together, portion sizes small for the price u pay and food all on the outside of the containers.
You never get what you pay for and 99 % of the time you’re missing half your order or got the wrong one.
Also frustrated that the so called scanners were not working so lost $150 worth of points for my loyalty.
Trying to get in contact with the franchisers is a joke. Have made numerous complaints but they don’t care. Had the same issues at Shellharbour.

I recently ordered from Guzman's, expecting my food to be promptly ready for drive-through pick-up by 10:27 pm, as indicated by the app. Unfortunately, upon reaching Crown Street, I encountered a significant delay, resulting in a half-hour wait. When I questioned the delay, the staff's rude behavior and lack of a satisfactory explanation left me thoroughly disappointed.
This experience not only inconvenienced me but also negatively impacted other customers behind me in the drive-through line. The disrespectful attitude of a young male employee, claiming independence from the app's timing, was both frustrating and disheartening.
This unacceptable conduct has led me to decide against returning to Guzman's. I believe establishments like KFC and McDonald's offer better service without the disrespectful treatment I encountered, sparing both me and other customers from unnecessary delays.

To start with the music in the store was so loud the person taking my order couldn't hear me so I had to shout. Because of this they got my order very wrong. Not to mention the amount of overstimulation I got from this. I asked for a small cappuccino and got a medium which they charged me for. Then I got a burrito instead of a burrito bowl, I asked them to change this and they did. But even after clarifying twice that I wanted mild, they added a bunch of spicy sauce not to mention they just put the fillings of the burrito in the bowl and added some cheese (looked very unappetizing). And on top of that a dirty used glove to the bag, how does that even happen?! They didn't ask if I was eating in, which i was and so I had to wait for the food, which normally is fine.
