Regular customer. Food is good especially & new dishes are innovative.
Unfortunately when we want do nappy changes there are some customers who lock them self in the baby changing room for around 1.5 hours. So even if there is parents room onsite we unable to access it.
We reached out to staff member for help but was told that's the only baby changing room onsite and response gives me strong none-of-my-business feeling. We eventually find another baby changing facility in the main temple and the whole experience is really unpleasant + atmosphere ruining.
I'd expect average cafe staff would likely try to help. Needless to say it is a cafe located in a religious place. Not sure how this place handle traffics in major events (like baby blessing) but it should...
Read moreOrdered 3 dishes (the only 3 left on a menu that was all sold out at peak lunch time) and waited an hour, went to ask about the progress and they had 6 orders still ahead of ours. 1 chef trying to cook for a full house of people all waiting for food. The iced mocha and iced hojicha was essentially watered down coffee, powder and milk.
They need to improve, this wasn’t the first time. The food wasn’t wait worthy either, half of it could’ve been assembled in under a minute.

Read moreFood took one hour to be just microwave rice, salty tofu patty and bland tofu in a rice. The most funny thing is the supermarket chip, it’s not even fried, it came out of microwave 😭. Coffee was horrible, the staff doesn’t seem like to be here at all. The staff today don’t wanna talk, moody, won’t reply to any customer requests and mean. Pretty expensive “cafe” for such a horrible experience.
