I don’t leave reviews but I feel this one is required.

We are spoilt in Wollongong with great restaurants, delicious food, beautiful presentation, competent staff that understands the concept of customer service. Resin fails on ALL of these.

This review is based on Oktoberfest at Resin and at least $200 later. Ordered steak and cheese burger from the main menu $26? Steak cold and presented like slop. A chef would be embarrassed for that to leave the kitchen.

Oktoberfest menu Pretzel - stale and presentation like it was stepped on.

A side of deep fried potatoe was tasteless. How can you get potatoe wrong is baffling.

Hair wrapped around a wedge from the side of potatoe salad that I could dangle and the potatoe wouldn’t fall off the hair it was so implanted in the potatoe wedge.

I really regret not taking the photos - lucky for resin!

We complained and some plates were taken away and nothing happened. The same staff member came back to collect the remaining plates later and we raised it again. The response was “no one in the kitchen has blonde hair to explain the hair in the potatoe salad”.

Expect quality and service (or should I say lack of) from the entitled Gen Z which also aligns perfectly to their immature and smug replies for other bad reviews of resin food and service. I am convinced the great reviews for resin are paid for.

The four of us won’t go back and would not recommend. Very disappointing as it’s a...

We went to Resin the other night and they had some special testing new menu and photos where all their friends were there , we sat there for over 40 minutes just watching them all have entrees, mains , ribs , coctails and dessert, taking photos and chatting while we just had to watch, we had ordered one entrees and two mains, they all came out together. We asked for a classic cocktail but they wouldn't do that as that was in the new menu, but it was OK to do for evey one else there. We were absolutely starving by the time our food came and have to shove the entree down with our main.. what a absolute joke! We were just so disgusting in the customer service, even when we asked how long they tried to tell us a separate chef wa there for all their special guests. Yes but what about the other paying guests.. we won't ever be back.. thanks for the drink refund.. but all we wanted was a nice dinner for my birthday.. it made me so angry and ruined my night ! But that's OK, we know you saw us watching the chef and all of you having fun.....

Resin Brewing in Bulli, NSW, presents a charming blend of tradition and modernity, nestled near the railway station and set against the backdrop of a heritage homestead. The brewery effortlessly combines a rustic outdoor aesthetic with its industrial brewery setup, creating an inviting atmosphere for patrons.

Our recent experience at The Resin for a 40th birthday celebration was nothing short of exceptional. From the beautiful ambiance to the impeccable service and delectable food and drinks, it was a night to remember. What truly stood out was the flexibility The Resin showed in accommodating our surprise video on the night for our guests. They were also able to cater to specific dietary needs, and the staff were more than willing to tailor the event to ensure every guest felt well taken care of. Thank you and would highly recommend this venue for an event.

Such a cozy little pub atmosphere with really amazing options in terms of beers and ales. If you can get one of the little rooms with a fireplace that is a little bit more distant from the rest of the pub, you’ll find it to be much quieter in cosier. Especially if it is a wet and cold day. The portions and the quality of the foods are really good, but in some rooms there could be board games and cards available to play with friends. Just a suggestion :-)
