Was my back door growing up so everytime I'm there i'm home and it's calming. It's over crowded these days as soon as there's even 1 warm day (can't belame people for wanting to enjoy the beauty) from our childhood as all the locals know but like all suburbs of The Illawarra the medium density housing has got out of control so much so that it's not medium density it's maximum density housing. The parking and foot traffic are low at the moment at our Bulli Beaches, sea and rock pools, but when the heat of summer comes (traditionally this was at the beginning of October, the long weekend but now with the seasons it's anyone's guess), the cars and crowds come. It's lovely to see so many people outside enjoying the wonderful landscape and seascape of Bulli, but miss it as it was 45yrs ago, our little secret gem. We can't stop progress and as much as its changed and it's a shame because some things are lost, it's also lovely to see all the new families enjoying mother...
