Excellent, warm customer service right from arrival. All the staff were observed to be vibrant and chirpy, and very willing to help.

As I have complicated dietary needs, they talked me through the menu, and when I settled on a friand Ruby even offered to heat it up. I’ve not had a friand warm before, and it was delightful.

My chai latte was beautiful and strong, and the perfect temperature to start drinking right away.

My mum chose a sausage roll which arrived promptly and also at a perfect eating temperature, plus ample sauce. Her decaf latte was excellent.

Great communication among the team, and we’re both very impressed by how motivated and helpful they all are, particularly Ruby. Loved all their radiant smiles.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I asked for a serviette, but the girl at the counter completely ignored me. Another woman gave me an irritated look and told me they had closed the store and wrapped up, and that I should get it somewhere else even though I could clearly see the serviettes right behind her. Such unprofessional and rude behavior over something so small is disappointing. It’s shocking that they couldn’t even provide a simple serviette. The only positive with this cafe is the food. The brownie was reasonably priced, and very tasty. In fact, it is the only thing stopping this place from getting a 1-star rating. The drinks were horrible. Don't bother coming here for a drink, as they are overpriced, bitter, weak and more. My mango smoothie was $8.50, overpriced which only hightened my expectations. Then, I am presented with a small smoothie, with no mango, just cold milk. Coffee is bitter, barista can't make a decent one. Shame, avoid for drinks...
