Terrible service. Went there a couple of weeks ago, got there at 15.30 and place is supposed to close at 16.30. They didn’t seem to want to work, part of the menu wasn’t available and we had to eat using take away wrapping and cutlery which is not too bad. The problem was after we ate and my elderly mother wanted to use the toilet, but toilet was locked and they told us she couldn’t use because toilet was already cleaned. I asked if there was another toilet near by and they told us she could use the bush. Well, I hope the boy who served us never have elderly parents to look after. I pass by it from time to time when cycling through royal national park but now never going back there. As for the place itself you can close down the business if you don’t want to work on your...

Oh dear..where do I even begin...the place itself is really nice, the outdoor and indoor seating is nice, it has a toilet which is good if you need a toilet. Everything appears to be nice, however..we ordered a couple of steak pies and they were awful, bland and watery, the crust was passable but not that great. The drinks were fine from the fridge but the coffee was horrid. The staff were reasonably nice. Just some advice for you guys, if you want to run a bakery/cafe maybe learn how to bake a pie and actually taste the filing before you put it into the pastry before you bake them. Do better guys or go do something you might be better at... Sincerely......

I've often wondered why a cafe, positioned so aesthetically at the edge of an escarpment, and so close to the great ride of the Royal National Park never seems to attract the number of motorbikers as, e.g. Pie in the Sky, Cowan, or Roberston's Bakery near Macquarie's Pass. Is it the case that riders just miss it to get the the nearby Scarborough Hotel?

Eating there lends somewhat of an explanation. The service was polite, if not friendly. Certainly pleasant enough. The pies alas, disappointed. On the other hand, the coffee was good, and the interior cafe was pleasant enough for a quick cuppa. Good for a stop, but probably not a destination in...

A quaint little coffee shoppe / patisserie. Great atmosphere and very friendly shop assistants. It’s very clean, with plenty of space to eat indoors and even more seating outside (where we ate). We grabbed a skim Cappuccino and a sausage roll. The coffee was really nice and the sausage roll was absolutely delicious. There was plenty of sauce on hand and it was free!! Also, I hear that their apple pies are to die for. I will definitely be going back here again and ordering it that’s for sure. Highly recommended.

Amazing location, friendly staff and delicious food! Brilliant world class ocean view's that are simply breathtaking! Otford pantry is owned by local residents who are very welcoming to all who visit. Directly across the road is a great picnic spot from where it is possible to see the historical off grid huts located close to the beach below dating back to the 1930 Depression.
