Its unfortunate, as their food is pretty good, but the more often I come, the more I have genuine food safety concerns. Everything looks greasy and dirty, the lettuce often looks as if it is about to spoil.

Team is nice but seems to lack motivation (inefficient processes), but that's probably not their fault and more likely due to a lack of good management.
