I got two kilos of these and they are frankly so over-spiced that they are inedible. All you can taste is spices. The pork ones are like a mouthful of fennel seed. The lamb ones are ridiculously over spiced. $40 for two kilos and everyone has rejected them. Quite a bummer because on paper they sounded nice.
