No review on food, review on service. Ordered the 3+3 on the Saturday night at around 7:30 through the app. After about half an hour there was no change to the progress of the pizzas even after updating and refreshing the app constantly. Tried to call several times and was never answered. Left multiple voicemails, starting polite and becoming less polite each message later regrettably. Never had a call back or message of apology and eventually after 9:30 the app stated that the restaurant was closed and there are no more orders. I was livid. Not only because I had already paid for the pizzas and didn’t get them delivered but it was now too late to get food from somewhere else. Still annoyed the next day however when I went to the restaurant, the manager could not have been more apologetic or understanding of my frustration and without hesitation agreed to the full refund. She had told me that that evening had been a catastrophe with staff and equipment failure and delays in orders. Having previously worked in the service industry, I absolutely understood how my order could have been lost/delayed, and that some of my messages would not have made the evening any less frustrating for her. After apologies from each side and a full refund with an explanation and a sympathetic demeanour I will give a 4 star review. Absolutely appalling. Was contacted by the store to say they attempted delivery but they attempted it to the wrong address. Which they then blamed me because apparently in 2024 you must have you phone on you 24/7. The address was clear.
I then rang and was told they would make a new pizza because he wanted to deliver the same pizza. I didn’t want a pizza that was cold. A few minutes later the young kid arrived with a pizza that was stone cold and it looked like it had been deliberately squashed as all the cheese was on the top. They definitely didn’t recook it.
We ate it because we were starving and are moving so had no other options handy but it was poor.
After making a complaint online (so it’s in writing) THEN this young kid comes back and bangs on my door blaming me for their stuff up and trying to intimidate me at my own home. After he blamed me I ended up shutting the door on him.
Pizza hut you can refund me.
Anyone reading this should avoid Pizza Hut in Yamba. What a joke.
Don’t bother giving me your generic response as I’ve taken it to higher management.
Expect to receive a nasty message from the manager if you make a complaint.

As a long time Yamba resident that has lived here on and off for over 30 years, we decided to order pizza last week for the first time. We ordered again last night just before the power failure and our pizza was due at 6.25. We arrived around 6.45 and was so glad that we were the last ones that got our pizzas. Unfortunately, the food, although hot, was that hard I nearly broke a tooth. This is the first review I have EVER written, but when I tried to call and speak to the management, who eventually said she was the store owner, she wouldn't even let us speak. She abused us, told us she had lost a lot of money due to the power failure and hung up. After trying to talk calmly and ask who we could complaint to, she said nobody. Great! How to wreck a whole chains reputation! Thanks to this store, 2 elderly people who loved Pizza Hut will NEVER enter Pizza Hut...
