I had an amazing dinner at the TENZO restaurant yesterday evening. They offer 3 different 6 course menus - the YIN menu, the YAN menu and the VEGAN menu. (You can also skip one course if you want to.) André the waiter introduces TCM and every course you get. You can ask him anything. Maurice really knows how to cook. Every course tasted different and was arranged perfectly on stylish dishes.
