McDonald's — Restaurant in Ansfelden

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald.

It was very crowded, so we understood that we had to wait a bit to receive our order. However, after 40 MINUTES of wait (which is incredibly long for a “fast” food) we went to see the waitress to complain. First she doesn’t speak a single word of English. But with the help of a German person, he translated us that she told us to continue to wait at our table. Although we were already quite angry with the situation, we decided to calm down and continue to wait.

But after spending more than 1 HOUR of wait we went directly to the waitresses who prepare the orders and showed them our order number to ask them how long we still have to wait to have our food ?!

When they saw the order number they looked at each other and started to laugh because they had FORGOTTEN it. They didn’t even APOLOGIZE for their HUGE MISTAKE! So we asked them to at least apologize for it and one of them answered us “making!” (talking about the food) in a very unfriendly way. Their behavior is absolutely unacceptable and very shocking.

But that’s not all !!!

When we finally got our food and were about to begin our meal, we found out that they had FORGOTTEN our fries ?!! Is it even possible to be so UNPROFESSIONAL and accumulate that many mistakes in such a short time ?

To conclude, this experience was a complete disaster and I strongly advise you to never...

So let’s start here, people working at McDonald’s keep forgetting stuff, you have to check your order before leaving… Today we ordered a few things, including the Paprika Shake Fries and a Creeper Donut, the Fries Shake was not there and I went back and asked for it the cashier was not happy about it but gave it to me anyway. Once I got home noticed that my Donut was also missing… This is theft! This is not the first time they forget something that we payed for, and they don’t keep their own system and the delete the order numbers before the they are finished, instead they are shouting the numbers, I’m sorry but this should not happen with such a well known company like McDonald’s… Why did they install everywhere the screens where it tells you if your order is done or not if they don’t even use it. 2/5 very...

Dad Allerletzte, die Bestellung via Foodora.. Ob es Foodora war oder McD selbst, weiss ich nicht. Aber wir haben letztens bei einer Bekannten eine Bestellung raus gegeben über Foodora, wo dann am Ende fast die Hälfte fehlte. Das Allerletzte. Keine Saucen bei den Chicken Filets, wo 3 extra bestellt waren,, 1 Burger fehlte, 3 Croissant-Doughnuts und ein Himbeer- und ein Cheesecake. Also fast der halbe Bon. Hat sich die Bekannte an Foodora gewendet und beschwert, weil das schon mal vorgekommen ist. Sagt Foodora: "Sie bekommen aber keine Erstattung jetzt. Sie wissen ja, warum". ??? Hä? Will Foodora den Kunden jetzt etwas unterstellen, während ihre Fahrer die Bestellungen nicht überprüft haben und McD(00)Ph mit neuem Personal komplett überfordert war? Ist ja nicht das erste Mal, dass man bei McD eine unvollständig gepackte Tüte bekommt. Saucen etc werden immer wieder vergessen und Sachen aus dem McCafé auch. Muss ich als Gast zB im DriveIn auch vorsichtig sein. Also, bei Foodora nie mehr. Das ist ja das Allerletzte, dass die für das Entfernen der BEZAHLTEN halben Bestellung auch noch Geld nehmen!!!

Gott sei Dank lebe ich in der Schweiz und habe es nicht mit so einem Gaunerladen wie Foodora zu tun. Das aller-, aller- Allerletzte. Sieht gut organisiert aus, weil FOODORA seine Gebühr auch noch anhand des vollen Bons durch berechnet. In anderen Ländern würde man den Geschäftsführern bei nachgewiesener Wiederholung Absicht unterstellen und sie wegen Betrugs verzeigen. Bei 200 Fahrern und 10 Bestellungen pro Stunde betrügen die sich da ganz schon was zusammen bei Foodora. Und das, weil die offenbar stillschweigend mit dem Chaos bei McD rechnen und es akzeptieren.

Eine Frechheit - gut dass es nicht um mein Geld geht. Sonst hätten die schon Besuch gehabt, die lieben Foodora-Geschäftsführer.

Na steige ich lieber auf meinen Bock und blubbere heim. Nicht wegen den paar Cent noch was riskieren, sagen die Kameraden.
