Weitblick — Restaurant in Bad Gastein

You can't find a hut with a better view than Weitblick at Sportgastein. Unfortunately the service and cooking doesn't do justice to the spot itself. We've been coming here for over 10 years and ever since we've been wishing someone with heart would take over this amazing hut. Now it's just business and that would be no problem as long as it's done with a good vibe towards the customer. Instead here you get a lots of waiting, totally demotivated staff members (not all of them but the bad ones do bring the rest of the crew down big time) and very uneven level of quality of meals. Also they never seem to be ready for when crowds hit the mountain which is just hard to believe as there's deffo a lot of regularity in that. It's a shame as such a perfect ski resort would...

Staff extremely not friendly. Especially one gentleman with dark hair was very unhappy that he didn’t get a tip ant throw our change on the table and said sth in German while living the table. I bet that it was not nice. We ordered drinks which never been served and the food was cold so there was no reason to leave the tip . And that unhappy face of that man .
