We had an amazing dining experience! My husband and I are both vegans and we didn't find any options on the menu but the waitress that served us assured us that they could take care of us - and they did!! We didn't know what would come but we were soooo delighted and awed by their made up vegan option for us. Five stars to the chef! We loved it so much that I would definitely recommend the place to anyone and would come back myself anytime. The only hiccup was that my husband had to wait 20-30 minutes for his red wine and when we reminded them of it, the waitress acknowledged that she had forgotten about it but neither apologized or went to get it right away. Besides that, everything else was great!

That truly is next level cuisine you'd happily pay a bit more than average just for the amazing taste and uniqueness of flavor combinations as well as play with textures and also optical contrasts which add even more flavour somehow. Level of taste and quality of the food as well as service are impeccable. Doesn't matter if you come to have lunch or celebrate something over dinner - it will be an unforgettable and amazing experience!!

Hatten heute sehr viel Pech im Vergleich zu anderem Besuch vor längerer Zeit. Essen selbst 1a, Service war bei diesem Besuch dem Haus absolut nicht gerecht und absolut nicht entsprechend. Zog sich durch den ganzen Abend. Möchte mich darüber nicht vollkommen auslassen, da ich am Rande mitbekommen habe, dass das Personal komplett überlastet war, was gerne mal sein kann, aber in vergleichbaren Häusern bekommt das der Gast nicht mit, weil selbst in solchen Situationen Etikette bewahrt wird, da der Service Nummer 1 Aushängeschild ist neben der Küche. Auch wenn wir am Anfang beim Studieren der Speisekarte vor hatten bald wieder mit Freunden zu kommen für einen kulinarischen Abend auf hohem Niveau, werden wir davon Abstand nehmen, den für das Geld, habe ich Erwartungen und diese konnten heute lediglich von den GerIchten erfüllt werden und das ist mir zu wenig. Daher grosses Lob an die Küche, der die 3 Sterne Gebühren (eigentlich 5, aber 2 Abzug für alle Servicekräfte).

Newly renovated with a nice modern feel. Rooms are spacious enough and well appointed. Conveniently located right on the main street, not sure on parking as I didn't have a car. The in house restaurant is high quality and serves wonderfully delicious food with a good variety including traditional style meals. Worth visiting just for the food even if you aren't staying there. There is a bar/cafe area that opens on to the street, which is nice and friendly. All the staff I encountered were friendly, attentive and professional. Would definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise. The in-house wifi system was a little clunky in that you had to log in every time, which is a little annoying, but it worked...
