After long day in Graz's Xmas market we joyfully headed to Kiwano. We didn't have reservation on very busy Saturday, but staff came forward and gave us nice table with remark that we have to leave in 2 hours as then they have big reservation coming in.||||We selected premium buffet and went to make a selection of food for teppanyaki. Teppanyaki is not in front of you, rather it is one big place where food for everyone is prepared. Buffet ranges from sushi, salads, fish, shrimps, mussels, scallops, meat, vegetables, cooked meals, fruit, cakes, ice cream and chocolate fountain.||||Shrimps and squid were fresh, shells and fish looked fresh but we choose to go for meat. Raw meat selection included chicken, pork and beef, all fresh and good quality.||Vegetables ranged from seasonal to special vegetables and mushrooms that are common to Asian cuisine. One remark to vegetable part is that pieces are too large for common Asian type meals and should be cut into smaller pieces.||||Finished meals had excellent pork and chicken with selection of fried crab legs and shrimps. I didn't try sushi myself, but my friend told me they were very good, not the best, but fresh and prepared with care.||||Deserts had local and Asian samples when combined with chocolate fountain, gave us some interesting results. When for the end of our meal we put ice cream balls under fountain, we had sensational result.||||Service was fast and professional. There is a lot of room for improvement, but for 20€ per person (without drinks), this is a restaurant...

Read moreWe didn't like much, but perhaps some might appreciate the so-called balcony with the room and massage chair, assuming it works (didn't test). Nice bed and large bathroom. Could pick up food from the restaurant nearby to the room. Seriously overpriced. Calling it a garden view is an overstatement, unless an untreated push with weed is considered a garden. The room was like 200F hot and the air-conditioning - once turned on - didn't cool it down during the entire night. Squeaky floors. So-called junior suite is one large room. Long wait to check-in as the person taking care of check-ins had to be called in from another place entirely... there's nobody in the "reception", only once they are called in. Language barrier was pretty obvious. Parking is available only on first come first served basis and as there's a very limited number with slots which are shared with the restaurant in the same building, you're lucky if you find any free places. Chinese kitchen smelled strongly in the room which was located above the restaurant. No password for wifi was available. Breakfast cost extra, buffet was sold, but not available. Even eggs needed to be ordered one by one, and the waiter forgot to bring it. Of course huge smiles on everybody's faces all the time and polite responses, but that doesn't help if things don't work out regardless. The water pressure was close to 0, impossible to shower or...
