Joe's Pub — Restaurant in Gemeinde Neusiedl am See

What's in a name? I didn't expect much from a pub that serves pizza. Reading reviews after reviews, all recent, I had to try it.

Took the family there, were ready to sit outside in the front albeit in a sunny spot, was quickly greeted by the owner who suggested we sit in the shady courtyard. What a great suggestion. We loved the atmosphere, felt like we were invited to his home and were asked to sit at the most perfect seat at the table. The orders were quickly, and accurately taken by the sweetest lady, I am assuming it was his wife. Our drinks came out in no time, the kids didn't even have a chance to complain!

Then the pizzas came out, what a treat! They were the most perfect pizzas, I forgot to take pictures of them! :-( Let me tell you, I don't know how they made the dough but it was amazing! Just the perfect bite, not too crunchy, not too soggy, just perfect!

If you're in the area, please try them. I have zero complaints. The atmosphere, the hospitality, the taste! They have it all. This is my go-to place when on my next visit to Neusiedl am See. We're even thinking of coming here, just for the pizzas,...

Very good place! Was little bit shocked that in Pub the main dish is Pizza! But it's really good! 10000time better that in Italian restaurant little bit forward. In Pub they are using corn meal during pizza base making and its giving to it American style! Pizza bread is perfect, very tender. Spouses and products on top- are height quality. Recommended!...

Super cozy atmospheric place. Nice sitting on the main street, friendly service. Always full, great relaxed crowd gathering here.
