Bäckerei Sorger — Restaurant in Graz

I visited Bäckerei Sorger in Mariatrost on a Sunday morning, and despite it being quite busy with lots of people coming in for breakfast, the service was fast and efficient ☕️🍞. The staff were super friendly, and it was impressive how smoothly everything was handled despite the rush.

I had a hot chocolate, and I was pleasantly surprised that they offered lactose-free milk and other milk options 🥛🍫, which was great for anyone with dietary needs. The layout of the café is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a pleasant drink or bite to eat in a relaxed atmosphere 😊.

Overall, great service and a lovely place for a morning treat! Highly recommend it for anyone in...

Restaurant: big variety of bread, a couple of cakes and snacks (Sandwiches, Soup)

Bathroom: very clean, but they did had a hook to hang my stuff.

Staff: as they changed the employees it became nicer.

Heute musste ich leider 3x!!! einen Schinkentoast bestellen, es kam leider 3x ein Schinken-Käse-Toast. Wir waren sehr freundlich jedoch war die (tailändische ?, sehr junge) Kellnerin massiv unfreundlich, hat die Schuld auf mich geschoben und fauchte uns zum Schluß auch noch an mit den Worten „passt es jetzt endlich?“! Absolut unprofessionally! Würde die Wahl des Personals nochmal überdenken. Sind eigentlich Stammkunden. Glaube nicht, dass ich wieder kommen werde.

Heute wollte ich es nochmal versuchen und bin wieder gekommen. Leider war der neue Kellner Gabriel massiv schnippisch und frech. Ich wollte keine separate Verpackung und antwortete freundlich mit „nein danke“. Gabriel meinte schnippisch „dann frag ich halt nicht mehr“. Ich hab ihn darauf hin gewiesen, dass man so nicht mit Kunden spricht. Er meine „das weiß ich“ massiv frech. Dann meinte er „ist mir egal, ich arbeite schon 2 Jahre hier und wenn etwas nicht gepasst hätte, wäre ich nicht mehr hier“. Es reicht...
