We visited this place while staying next door, but had to leave after a deeply unpleasant experience.
My wife, who is insulin resistant, needs to eat vegetables with her meals. We kindly asked—multiple times—if they had any salad or vegetables, and were told no, only Pizza, even though multiple options were on the menu. So we brought a small bowl of our own to supplement the meal. Only then did the staff raise their voice and say, in sudden English, “This is a restaurant, you can’t bring your own food!”
The tone was almost agressive and dismissive. When we pointed out that we simply needed a basic nutritional element missing from the menu, the response was: “This is Austria, we don’t do this here.”
It’s disappointing to experience such rigidity and lack of empathy in 2025—especially for a basic dietary need. Either offer vegetables or allow guests to support their own health in a...
Read moreTourists, think twice before sit down at this restaurant.
They have notices posted in small fonts, in their language, both outside and inside the building, as well as on the menu. Do you really want to read these stuff in the night, before dinner, after a tiring international trip?
Just look at other reviews. If you failed to do so, you can definitely expect misunderstandings and a less than welcoming experience is the minimal bad things you can expect.
I had an awful dinner at this restaurant due to that.
The owner lady was extremely rude to resolve the misunderstanding, just like other reviews have pointed out. In our situation, she suggested calling the police several times to resolve our disagreement.
The waiter did seem to try his best to be helpful but made...
Read moreVery very very rude staff (especially the girl who was serving). Had terrible experience. Poor service. We had to wait for an hr for a simple Margarita Pizza. Apart from the rudeness they were also very greedy. They charges us for empty plates €2 for each plate. Also charged us €1.5 for a glass of tap water for my 9 year old. They never told about the charge when we were ordering and when we asked while paying they said this is the rule in Austria which was a blatant lie as I confirmed this by checking on internet and ChatGPT after coming back to my hotel. Would recommend NOT TO GO There. There are many other good restaurants in the...
