McDonald's — Restaurant in Kufstein

Fist of all the kitchen staff was making tremendous noise and was yelling. They seem not to be working but talking to each other, apart from a few. This proved to be right as after 33 minutes after we ordered, our food arrived. It was not a busy moment for them by the way. Even stil all that we ordered had either a missing item or was not correct prepared(we made some modifications to the burgers to suit us) No mayonnaise was added, we ordered almdudler-sprite, cheeseburger no pickle- with pickle,Cheese and bacon burger- no bacon to be found, hutten burger- no hutten burger on the plate, chicken family box- missing items. We had to go back to the counter a couple of times.To top it off, not all food was warm. The fries were, something positive. A very sad experience where customer service and quality is not important at all. Keep away from this...

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a coffee at the self-service kiosk and waited a long time. My order number disappeared from the screen, but I still hadn’t received my coffee.

When I asked a staff member (likely a manager), he dismissively said this happens when there are many orders—though there were only two at the time, and the restaurant was nearly empty (10:40 AM). No one seemed willing to help until a former employee, already out of uniform, assisted me. My coffee had been sitting by the machine for a while.

Horrible experience.The tea has no flavour, I ordered chicken nuggets and I got spicy ones. We waited too long, I thought it’s called fast food restaurant. Toilets, dont get me started with that. I came to the toilet and one of them is not flushing, because someone put too much toilet paper in it. Then women asked care people to fix it, its okay. And when I thought it couldn’t get worse the same women who fixed the toilet came to clean the tables. I know it’s gross. So thats why I rated it 1/⭐️. As well we spent too much money on it.
