I rode past the "Wurst Haus" (adjacent to the Brewery hotel, which is ran by the manager. ) and i immediately had to turn around. The signage caught my eye, it was exactly what i was looking for in Austria. I wanted something "Austrian" something original. I FINALLY FOUND IT!!. The bratwurst was out of this world. The best i have ever had. I also ordered another dish that was absolutely amazing. The beer was also fantastic. If you want to "see " Austria" , without tourists, and just locals having lunch after work. This is the place. This is what i look for when i visit countries. Im sick of cities, and tourists and the mix of different cultures. If im in Austria i want to experience " Austrian " culture. and thats it!. I will be returning . thankyou for...

Domenica 27/10 ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante per pranzare. Purtroppo una serie di comportamenti non professionali del cameriere ci hanno costretto ad andarcene prima ancora di poter ordinare: dopo averci fatto sedere su un tavolo in comune con altri clienti arrivati dopo (austriaci), il cameriere ha servito prima questi, e poi ogni volta che iniziavamo a dare le ordinazioni si girava verso altri clienti e andava da loro senza farci finire. Alla terza volta ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati. Fortunatamente frequentiamo molto spesso la pusteria e continueremo a farlo, ma questo atteggiamento evidentemente scocciato verso chi non parla fluentemente tedesco è molto preoccupante. Am Sonntag, den 27.10. haben wir in diesem Restaurant zu Mittag gegessen. Leider zwang uns eine Reihe von unprofessionellen Verhaltensweisen des Kellners dazu, das Lokal zu verlassen, bevor wir überhaupt etwas bestellen konnten: Nachdem er uns an einen gemeinsamen Tisch mit anderen, später eingetroffenen Kunden (Österreicher) gesetzt hatte, bediente er diese zuerst, und jedes Mal, wenn wir anfingen, etwas zu bestellen, wandte er sich anderen Kunden zu und ging zu ihnen, ohne uns ausreden zu lassen. Beim dritten Mal sind wir dann aufgestanden und gegangen. Glücklicherweise besuchen wir das Pustertal sehr oft und werden es auch weiterhin tun, aber diese offensichtlich verärgerte Haltung gegenüber Menschen, die der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig sind, ist sehr beunruhigend.
