BURGERISTA Linz Altenbergerstraße — Restaurant in Linz

I used to visit Burgerista often like year mby year and half back. Back then burger menu was with 1,50€ cheaper, much tastier, bun was not so squishy and soaked with oil, burger used to be full of tasty sauce! my today's visit of burgerista was one big fail, it was three hours before closing time and two of three "homemade" lemonades were not available anymore. Staff did not care about fact that customers had no straw or lemon to pul in icetee. I paid 7,60€ for burger that had no seasoning, absolutely no flavor. After all that I even found a hair inside of my burger!!! I'm rlly sad about today's visit, I'm not coming back...

Nice Burger place for a great price! Burger, refillable drink and fries side dish for about 12€. The burgers are nice and customizable. There are a wide range of sauces available without upcharge. As many times before in Austria, we wanted to eat here with the family but though they "advertise" themselves with the close by hotels, offering discounts, they rudely reject to accept the coupons provided by the hotel. Very poor customer service. We decided to eat somewhere else. Hope they realize that they do not go far with this kind...
