XXXLutz Restaurant Linz — Restaurant in Linz

War heute mit meiner Freundin dort frühstücken.

Auf die Frage, ob den ein Tisch für 2 Personen frei wäre, bekam ich die nette Antwort: „Weiß ich nicht, schaust du halt“

Fanden dann einen Tisch für uns. Bestellten 2x Frühstück.

Unsere netter Kellner brachte uns dann unsere Frühstück, naja wirklich gut war es nicht. Wurst schmeckte nach Industrieware. Gebäck war von Vortag, war sehr hart.

Als ich dann zahlen wollte, ging die frechheit erst los:

Ich fragte unseren Kellner, der nichts zum tun hatte, und gerade unseren Nachbartisch fragte, ob den alles ok sei.

Als er zurück ging fragte ich, ob ich bitte zahlen kann. Seine Antwort: „Siehst du denn nicht, das ich was zum tun habe?“

Ich antwortete: „Entschuldigung der Herr“

Er ging dann in den Bar Bereich, daraufhin redete er 10 min mit einer Kollegin. Das zum Thema er hat soviel zum tun…😅

Als er dann nach 15 min endlich mal kam, sagte ich das ich gerne mit Karte zahlen wollen würde.

„ Wenn du mit Karte zahlen willst, komm mit“ Eine sehr nette Art, mit Kunden zu reden.

Ich ging mit und zahlte, ein Dankeschön bekam ich selbstverständlich nicht, aber was erwartet ich den auch:)XD

Werde die gesamte XxxLutz Kette in Zukunft meiden. Wollten uns eigentlich nachdem essen noch ein Sofa kaufen, naja jetzt haben wir es beim Möbelix gekauft.

Und der Kellner war nicht nur zu mir unfreundlich, sondern ich bekam auch paar Gespräche mit die nicht so freundlich waren.

Bin gespannt, wann der XxxLutz mal was dagegen unternimmt….

Mich sehen sie nicht mehr.

Beschwerde wurde beim Lutz eingereicht.

Schade das es den Kika nicht mehr gibt in Linz, da hat man wirklich gut...

We had a very pleasant experience at this restaurant. Together with a group of friends, we enjoyed delicious food and excellent service. We were especially impressed by the staff’s helpfulness and the good organization, considering that it was a small but very important celebration for us. Although we had visited the restaurant before and always had a nice experience, this time the hosts truly “won us over” with their readiness to welcome us warmly and serve us...

What an awful experience. Maybe because we already came there hungry but we waited half an hour until the worker took our order and then also an hour to even get our drinks. The food basically arrived before the drinks but even for this we waited so long. May I also mention that the restaurant was half full so I am really asking myself what was going on with staff organisation. The food was nothing special but at least we were not...
